It is advisable to seek admission at the earliest phase of a child’s educational journey. While new admissions are typically encouraged before or at the beginning of the new academic year, we welcome applications throughout the year, subject to availability. Since the number of seats per class is limited, we strongly encourage early applications to secure a spot. However, we understand that mid-session admissions may sometimes be necessary. For such cases, we have a separate protocol in place and offer special classes to help students catch up with the curriculum and integrate smoothly into their new learning environment.
At the time of admission, you will need to provide the student’s Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, School Leaving Certificate (for Std 2 onwards), UDISE Number, and the previous class’s Report Card. Additionally, address proof (Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Passport, or Aadhaar Card), Aadhaar and PAN Cards of a parent/guardian, a passport-sized photograph of the student, and a Caste Certificate (if applicable) are required.
The Godavari School Code of Conduct upholds respect, discipline, and integrity among all stakeholders. It mandates punctuality, proper uniform, responsible behaviour in classrooms, and ethical academic practices. Bullying, cheating, misuse of technology, and vandalism are strictly prohibited. Students must maintain decorum in and outside school, use digital platforms responsibly, and follow safety rules. Violations may result in warnings, counselling, or disciplinary action, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for all.
